U19 Women

Our Performance programme delivers high quality technical and tactical coaching alongside a culture driven by the behaviours that support our players to achieve the highest levels of performance on and off the pitch whilst balancing school studies. Backed by an extensive support staff, their dedication to their sport is exceptional.

Wales Lacrosse competes annually at Home Internationals vs England, Scotland and Ireland. World and European Championships are held on a 4 year cycle.  

Wales women are currently ranked 7th in the World.
