Wales Lacrosse Senior Women’s Assistant Coach
We are inviting applications for Assistant Coaches to join us as we embark on the next two-year preparation phase for the World Cup in Baltimore, 2021. At the helm of the programme is Head Coach, Remington Steele. Under his leadership, the squad has grown significantly and recently took the bronze medal at the European Championships. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to take the next step in their coaching career.
Primary duties include assisting the Head Coach in the planning and execution of practices and skill development, recruiting and retaining quality athletes, video analysis and game breakdown, athlete mentoring, programme administration and other duties as assigned by the Head Coach.
The successful candidates will be self-motivated and possess the ability to coach highly talented athletes who can succeed in a challenging and competitive environment. Strong interpersonal skills and high level of organisation are essential.
We are seeking applicants with expertise in specific areas of offence, defence and goal keeping.
