Wales Lacrosse are delighted to announce the appointment of Jake Berney as the Senior Mens Elite Squad Strength and Conditioning Coach. Jake is currently Director of Athletic Development at Bromsgrove School having previously worked as S&C coach for Saracens Womens Rugby Club. He was part of the Team GB Skeleton Development squad so brings his experience both as an elite athlete and a coach to the table.
We look forward to Jake becoming part of the Wales Lacrosse family raising the fitness levels of our senior mens elite squad.
