We have vacancies for two Programme Administrators to join our rapidly expanding U19 Women’s Programme.
Wales Lacrosse is a small National Governing Body, supporting the development of lacrosse at all levels within Wales and for those of Welsh heritage.

The U19 Programme consists of Performance and Development groups. All groups train on the same dates and are encouraged and coached by an exceptional group of coaches. We are looking for two new administrators to join the team looking after the day to day running of the Programme.
Responsibilities include
Role 1 - Player / parent liaison
Monitoring of new registrations and invitation to training sessions.
Maintaining availability lists.
Monitoring registration forms.
Liaising with players and parents with relevant information for each training weekend.
Collaborating with the coaches & Head of U19 Programme to ensure effective communication and systems are in place.
Develop and implement systems to create the best possible operations service for players, parents and coaches.
Management of player feedback system, medical system and performance analysis programmes.
Liaison with Finance Administrator.
Role 2 - Tours, venues, competitions, governance
Booking venues for training sessions.
Liaison with Covid Leads for each training weekend.
Producing risk assessments in conjunction with Head of U19 programme.
Booking accommodation for residential weekends and Home Internationals.
Organisation of tours, at home and overseas.
Collaborating with the coaches & Head of U19 Programme to ensure effective communication and systems are in place.
Develop and implement systems to create the best possible operations service for players, parents and coaches.
Providing relevant support at training weekends, tours and tournaments, where required.
Liaison with the Treasurer and Finance administrator who will provide financial leadership with squad budgets, record-keeping, claims etc.
Record-keeping as required by the Treasurer.
Management of coaches CPD/ensuring all qualifications are up to date.

Person Specification
Excellent communication skills.
Experience of using the Google suite of products.
Able to work effectively, using excellent communication and problem solving skills in a team of coaches and support staff.
Strong planning and organisational skills, ability to prioritise and meet timescales.
Innovative approaches to addressing challenges.
Ability to reflect upon work to create positive change.
Previous lacrosse experience is not necessary.
Remuneration is based on work around specific dates and is at a day rate.
