Team Manager Vacancies
We have two vacancies for a Team Manager to support the delivery of the Senior Women’s and U20 Women’s squads at Wales Lacrosse.
Wales Lacrosse is a small National Governing Body, supporting the development of lacrosse at all levels within Wales and for those of Welsh heritage.
Both squads are coached by an exceptional group of coaches who focus on developing the behaviours, technical, tactical and physical skills required to compete at international level, in line with the Wales Lacrosse Player Development Framework.
We are looking for an administrator to join the team and look after the running of the programme for their squad. These are part-time roles, centred around monthly squad camps and key events through the season.

What the role involves
Managing availability and accommodation for training weekends, camps and tours
Keeping players, and parents/guardians where relevant, informed using Spond and email
Organising tours at home and overseas, including games, flights and accommodation
Working with the coaches and wider team to keep communication and operations running smoothly
Supporting safeguarding, risk assessments and welfare records
What we’re looking for
Excellent written and verbal communication
Strong planning and organisational skills
Experience in team management, logistics or programme operations, ideally in sport
Confident use of Google Workspace
Understanding of safeguarding in sport (or willingness to train)
Lacrosse experience preferred, but not essential
Remuneration: a day rate based on attendance at training, with travel and accommodation paid.
