Wales Women's Lacrosse Team Manager
We are now accepting applications for a Team Manager to join us as we progress through the final two seasons to the World Cup in Baltimore, 2021.
Primary duties include coordinating training weekends, organising tours and tournament entry, kit administration, and other duties as assigned by the Head Coach and Performance Director.
The successful candidate will be self-motivated, with strong interpersonal skills and an understanding of what motivates people to commit and perform. The ability to prioritise tasks and adapt to any given situation is essential. If you have effective communication skills, together with a high level of organization and a good sense of humour, then you’re just the person we’re looking for.
This post would suit someone with experience in team sports, with a passion for creating the optimum performance environment.
